HVAC contractors in South-West Oxford

Choosing an HVAC contractor

Furnace and AC work often comes up as an emergency -- it's worth knowing who to call before you actually need them.

• Ask whether they're a licensed gas technician (G2/G3) if the job involves gas appliances -- this is a legal requirement in Ontario, not optional.
• Get a written quote that specifies equipment make/model and efficiency rating, not just a lump price.
• Ask about manufacturer warranty registration -- some warranties require registration within a set window after install.
• For a full system replacement, ask for a load calculation rather than a straight size-for-size swap; homes and needs change.
