Reports and claims are stored so editors can review them and follow up where you have given consent. Evidence you provide is used only to check the listing.

Business contact details published in the directory are business information, not personal information. Home-based businesses can keep their address unpublished; only the community and service area are shown.

To request access to, correction of, or removal of information about you or your business, use the correction form. Requests are handled the same way for every business, whether or not it pays for a plan.
